I have submitted four stories, all on April 25. All of them are listed as "Pending", but they have four, five, five, and seven "views" Does that mean they have been read that many times, and, if so, isn't that enough to either accept or reject them?

Stories normally take from 3 to 5 days to post (maybe a little longer). Hang in there.

I am not all that much in a hurry. I am wondering about "views" I four or five or seven editor-type people have viewed, isn't that enough to either accept them or reject them? They are really just short narratives.

You said in another post that you emailed them. You won't get them posted for at least another week if they've been emailed. If you've actually copied and pasted them, then they should be posted anywhere from 0 to 5 days depending on workload.

The views are both your own and the editor's.
