Also if you go into the url after hitting check profile and change the /u/ to /authors/ it comes up

I think the profiles are the most useful part of "chat".
They are not working tonight and it is almost impossible to know who to talk to.

Trouble viewing profile, profile is white blank page, I'm thinking its something I have done, doesn't work on PC or I phone .

It was a problem that affected all of chat, but is now resolved. It might take a little time for your browser to pick up the change though, due to caching. If you clear your cache and restart the browser it might work again. Otherwise, just wait a day or two.

Sorry, I'm new to this but how can I view someone's profile whilst Im in the chat?

In chat you would click on their name. it will give you a small downward pointing triangle beside their name giving you the option to view profile or ignore. (if you are ignore someone by accident you can click unignore to fix it...it happens)

You can also look up their name here on the forum by clicking the word members at the top and search their name
click their name
and then click about.

This will open their profile for you to read. It looks different between the chat and the forum but it is the same info.
