View previous thread?

Any way to reproduced this function with the new Chyoo? I got a truckload of threads to re-approve now that people are correcting the quotes, but I am about certain *some* of these I had rejected, or they were misplaced when first submitted, etc....

The "story map" view shows threads pending approval as well as approved threads, so it might help you locate where the thread in question is connected to the story.

Presumably you could open a separate browser window for the map and/or previous thread.

Second question:

It seems that all threads re-submitted to me are duplicate. I.e. in the story map, there are two options, one with no following options waiting to be approved, one with the "old" options still attached to it. What gives? Will I get duplicates if I approve the new ones?

The answer to your question is a big fat who knows. Without any communication from whoever is in charge of this site we have no idea.

I things overall are worse than before, but I am hopeful we will see improvement.

I had six threads for approval that were all duplicates when Chyoo switched over. I worked out that they were all threads that I had previously rejected for whatever reason. What I did was just reject then all. The thread I wanted to remain stayed and the extra disappeared from my story map. Thats my case, so I hope it helps answer your question.

Opening a new window isn't tricky but a little bit of a hassle it was far easier with the view previous thread. Still Chyoo2 is only in a beta version so hopefully it will be included in a future version.
