Google lets you video-chat in-browser, I believe. All you would need to do is sign up for a GMail account, and have the person you wished to talk to also do so.

If you want anonymity until you get your kit off in front of the camera so the other person can record it a paste it all over the internet you can open any one of those accounts under a random name.

Maybe Mr "39 and Married", if you are so unfamiliar with the internet, as displayed by asking your question, you perhaps should think twice about how these accounts may just pop up in your internet history, or how there is an unexplained jump in your internet usage data due to your furtive video chatting.

You could go to chat ur bate... No spaces. Run your cam for free and restrict who can see you plus a password. Then again... Assume where ever you do this someone is recording it, so be careful
