I bought a 10 Speed Magic Wand Stick and a Hummingbird Wand Essentials Masturbator Attachment. These have given me a couple of nice orgasms but they were a couple of weeks apart.

My favorite so far is actually a very inexpensive device (about $15) that is just a ring with a vibrating bulb on it. It has a wire attached to a hand held part with a speed control on it. I actually have two and sometimes use them both at the same time for a more intense sensation. I put the ring just below the head of my penis and start at a low setting for awhile then play with the controls.
