Very Surprisingly Curious ...

I am new to this site, new to this forum and very new to the recognition that there is something within me that has not yet been explored, experienced or ever really expressed (outside of secret thoughts, dreams and desires).

I became more aware of this side of myself as a result of reading some of the stories on this site in which I found characters with whom I suddenly identified. Meeting Emma in dr_mabeuse's 'A Good Student' series is where my self-realization all began and I am left with a longing to learn more about this lifestyle, more about this desire and more about what this all means for me sexually, socially, spiritually and in every other way. The whole world just seems to look different to me some how ...

I guess I am writing this here and now in the hopes of finding others who either feel the same way I do, have some advice, direction or words of experience or have a general comment that they feel would help me on this new stage of my journey ... Which ever it may be, please, I welcome your expertise, interest and support ...

I apologize for my delayed response to your very good question.

I am looking for a better understanding of who I am as a submissive woman who craves the control, strength, direction and wisdom of a Dominant man. I am thankful for the guidance of a true Master who knows how to draw out the beauty of a submitted woman but I am always in search of greater understanding and the increased ability to learn and grow.

Whether it is from the Dominant male or the submitted woman, I seek/crave greater revelation of their own experience in the hope that it will illuminate my path and shed light on my journey.

I hope this answers your question and I also hope it opens the door for further discussion of what it means to live and flourish in a D/s lifestyle.
