As for the question, I can certainly appreciate it. It's not at the top of my list, that's reserved for freckled breasts, but they're attractive.

This reminds me of something a character said in a book once. I can't remember the name of the book unfortunately, but the quote is something like "I like a woman with wheaten hair and full milky jugs, you know, with skin so pale you can see the blue running through them - just like good cheese."

I do like fair skin, but I never thought of the veins. I was once with a girl who had a really huge blue vein running down from her collarbone, though.
