That's called beading. It is done by some, but very few, piercing shops in North America. It can actually be done at home with some simple medical knowledge (i.e. missing veins with the scalpel, suturing, etc). I have head that it only makes a difference if the beads are set properly and generally on the top of the penis (since you don't want to put them in the urethra...). Though, if this is something that you're scared of but like the idea of giving some false stimulation, an apadravya will do the same. If you prefer to go at it sideways (her laying on her side, you on your knees behind her), an ampallang would be better suited.
