Remember prostitution is illegal in Las Vegas. It's only legal in authorized locations (towns smaller than a certain population) and with state registered (doctor inspected clean) people. Otherwise, it's just as much a chance you will get hauled in to jail.

Ignore the sales hype of "what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas." They have laws just like anywhere else that will get you in a heap of trouble and the hotels there are MORE likely to screen your visitors because they don't allow prostitutes.

Go to a couple of legal brothels outside Vegas if that's your aim and have legal fun there.
