vB Code/Request For Help

Does anybody know if the vB code is all enabled? Bold, italic, underline, size & color work ok. I am trying to use "blur" as per instructions but it does not make any difference. Does it not work?
Are there any codes for formatting effects like superscript, subscript and strikethrough?

All I know id the standard help file, which you must know too, it's link is in the bottom-left corner of page you are looking at right now. Thus let me see blur, I've never used it so far:

You're right, it doesn't seem to do anything. Let's try other new to me options:

Hi Pelegrino. I am so not technically minded but I think that some of the features in vB code are disabled here. If you were to ask in the Editors Forum or even the How-To Forum, you should find someone who knows for sure and also knows what kinds of work-arounds can be used if I am correct about this. I have a vague memory of this issue coming up around a discussion of how to submit poems with special formatting, but that was years ago.

Nope. I've tried most of it. Most of it doesn't work. Pretty much only what you've already listed works. Oh, and I tried image thumbnails, no go.
