Dear Vanessa & Richard I wanted to wish you a wonderful Easter filled with peace, happiness, and unbridled sex! Next week, Julie and I are taking a short vacation to a charming village in Brittany called Concarneu. A friend of ours has a beautiful villa right on the ocean, and he's invited us to spend Easter with a few other friends, all of us, of course, in our gorgeous nudity. Dear Richard, I don't know your story, but I think we've lived through more or less the same periods in different countries, but with the same youthful adventures and great adult experiences. I think we're roughly the same age (give or take a year, I'm lying). I consider myself very fortunate to have reached this point in good health, with good financial standing, and above all, with a great desire to travel the world, have new experiences, and, above all, have lots and lots of sex (it's a case of saying that a leopard can change its spots, but not its vices...). Unfortunately, life hasn't always been easy for me, especially in romantic relationships. My personality has certainly been to blame for many failures and abandonments by so many women, but perhaps also because I've never found the woman of my dreams (beautiful, intelligent, uninhibited, who doesn't cross herself before bed, and above all, a bit of a slut). So I think you're in a very fortunate situation, living a life as a couple that to say it's exceptional is an understatement. Perhaps you're struggling with the problem of Australia being too far from other countries, but you still have the whole of the East nearby (relatively), which I find incredibly interesting. Above all, I find the economic and technological development of China incredible. I visited China many years ago (Macau and Hong Kong), but now practically everything has changed. Old stereotypes have vanished, and new technologies have exploded, pushing that country decades ahead of our old continent. Hello Amiche, you may not have found the woman of your dreams (yet) but from what I've read on here since you first started following us, you are making up for it in many other ways!
I haven't always been so fortunate....as you say. I was married before I met Vanessa. I was young, didn't really know what I was doing and paid the price for it....until one day, all those years ago, I met Vanessa. It was one of those lightning bolt moments that we've all heard or read about. One of those 'it'll never happen to me' moments. Without going in detail, we passed on a pathway and she shot me a look, and it was like being struck by something I'd never experienced. I didn't know who she was, but I was bloody sure I was going to find out. After much detective work and perseverance, I did find out, and the rest is history. There's just a little more to it, but that's pretty much how it happened. So no, I wasn't always in a fortunate situation. I am now though and have been for the past twenty seven years.

We actually like, very much, that Australia is where it is. It's only a plane ride in this day and age but geographically it's at the bottom of the world.....the southern half, where only a fraction of the world's population lives. It's pretty quiet. The northern half is constantly in a state of aggression, somewhere. The world would be a far better place if aggressive, power hungry countries just packed up their armed forces, put them in a box, put them back in the cupboard and minded their own bloody business. Then just be happy and content to enjoy the sunrise each morning....while it still does.

I take your point about travelling; but we've both travelled all over the world in our younger years and prefer to remember it as we saw it then.
