As far as the question in the actual OP, I don't think there is a "norm" for vampire genital temperature. I don't think there is a large enough body of anatomically detailed vampire erotica for a consensus to have been reached. The only mainstream author I can think of who might (might!) have even covered it would be Anne Rice, but I haven't read enough of her to know if she did.

I'm for specialized vamps. We know of those who drain blood, and semen, and life force, and bank accounts (same thing).
