Vampire family on a sea voyage

I seem to remember discovering a story a while back about a family of vampires on a sea voyage on a ship. The son and daughter are actually very old due to their vampiric nature but they are just discovering some of their new powers, like flight. The story contains incestual acts including voyeurism in which the son spies on the mother through a hole in a wall. The parents train the son and daughter in various elements of their powers. Any ideas?
