Valentine's for us NON romantic types!

Hello all.

Sirhugs' thread at the end of December had me thinking more about the upcoming Valentine's Day contest (and the rest of the contests throughout the year...I'm glad to see the How To is gone and Lit is trying a Summer Lovin theme)...

Like Him, I tend to lean more away from romance and romantic themes as well. (Or, maybe, I have a slightly askew view of what romance is to me? )

Anyway, I'd love for us to have a NON "standard" romantic Valentine's Day story idea thread going on to help some of us for the contest! Let's brainstorm some ideas!!




I've been doing a little reading on Lilith, going into all aspects of her myth, and want to try to work on a story about her. I have a title going called Lilith's Love. I don't know if I should make the focus on Adam before she rebeled and was kicked out of the garden, or the aspect of her being the mother of all succubi, or something entirely different?



If you have ideas to help me along on my tale, need some help with your own, or wish to just toss out other ideas for an author to write please post here!! But let's try to keep the thread on topic and stick to the NON standard romantic tales!!

How about a story based on Cupid himself? He gets tired of shooting arrows to make other people happy. He's horny himself, dammit! So he decides to select some large-breasted, bonerific babes and pierce them with arrows with his own name on them, then drag them into the bushes and have his way with them.

What comes next? Maybe he continues over and over. Maybe he suffers remorse, and needs to make amends. Maybe Jupiter calls him on the carpet, and forces him to make retribution (how?). The possibilities are endless!

Another idea: A "Valentine Haters" club of confirmed bachelors and bachelorettes who meet every year on VD to celebrate their non-attachment. Of course something goes wrong this year: somebody dumps some Viagra into the water supply, and the get-together degenerates into an orgy of epic proportions.
