I saw this suggested a while ago in a BDSM chat room I used to visit before I got out of the D/s lifestyle.
Have her come home to a candlelit room...
full of balloons, all over the floor.
Have her sit on the floor with you and a bottle of red wine, give her a pin, and have her choose a balloon to pop.

You know what else? Wash her hair, just her hair, take your time. Lots of suds, lots of fun. They love it. Do it while naked together in the shower, or if you have a place to do it, while she is leaned over or laying back while you do the washing, conditioning, and drying.

You didn't say much about her personality type so really it sort of all depends, but if she is a hopeless romantic... as a great percentage of women are then here is what ya do:
Make something you have never made before and have a picnic in your living room.

Homemade coupons
I am still getting milage from some coupons I made up on my computer once. You know the kind, "This coupon good for one 20 minute backrub" "this coupon good for your choice of videos this weekend" etc, etc,
You know her better than we do (hopefully) so just think of some that will hit her buttons. Just make sure one is "Redeemable for one night of passion, your choice of positions"
