St. Valentine's Prayer

Roses and violets, crimson and violence, kisses leave stains around collars that kill with their silence. Orchids and irises, purple-edged viruses, bruises leave mem'ries both vicious and mildness. Candy and chocolate, saccharine sweet. Sick to the stomach but love gives relief. Candles and comfort, hellfire's heat. Scorchmarks are soulbound but still love completes.

Balance and harmony hearts strive to find, thus is our prayer to Saint Valentine.
