Vaginal absorption of cannabis?

Here in Alaska, cannabis became legal almost a year ago. The recent release of a cannabis product for PMS cramps that is absorbed vaginally has me very curious about erotic uses of cannabis. There's also a cannabis lube now on the market. Apparently, it can be effectively absorbed through the vagina, but I've read conflicting things about the effects--some people report that they've gotten high, while others report that just their pussy gets high (which is a delightfully interesting concept!). Something to do with which compounds are actually absorbed--I think what they may have meant was they get localized physical benefits of cannabis without the psychoactive effects, which seems in line with many of the medical applications of cannabis.

I'm curious about, for example, using cannabis oil in and on my pussy, and then having a lover lick it off me--it seems like a wonderful way for both of us to get high, and get off! Currently, though, I have neither a lover nor any cannabis oil. Not being equipped with a vagina, I can't comment on whether this works. But a friend of mine makes an ointment for topical pain with cannabis as the main ingredient. I can verify that it works as advertised, and doesn't make me high.

I hope you have an opportunity to research this further, preferably with a partner!
