I respectfully disagree. I do agree there is a lot of fake stuff out there and certainly there are no long term resluts, but pumping can and does produce a lot of visual difference.

Pumps need to be used with lubricant to effect a proper seal so not sure about the dry mouth thing you mentioned. And there is no disputing the blood engorged swelling they can produce. I once got carried away, at least for me, with my pump, and left it on far longer longer than I intended. Needless to say my cock looked and felt decidely different for a number of hours.
