Vacuum Pump; penis, clit, nipple, etc. - play?

Anyone use a vacuum pump for penis, clit, or tit play?
Considering something along the lines of the Size Matters system that uses a hand operated vacuum pump (similar to brake bleeding on a car); the pump tubing can be removed from the vacuum cup and still maintain the suction.

I'm thinking of using this to increase sensitivity thru increased blood flow; initial thought is for a penis tube, clit tube, and nipple tubes - also considered the pussy cup and breast cups but the cost is starting to add up...

I understand caution needs to be exercised so as to not cause any damage; just curious if anyone incorporates this much into play.

As so many trans guys do, I went directly to the clit pump. It was not an instant orgasm producer for me, but I have begun to respond pretty satisfactorily that way-- it's a hella turnon though, just to see my clit grow out to nearly two inches.

I get a kick out of all the warnings. Nurses and such-- they come up with these five-minute time limits and worry about damaging tissue... If it hurts, back off the suction. I've left the cylinder in place for over an hour.

I have seriously been considering a clit pump and perhaps a nipple pump too.

For years I've been utilizing pump tubes from those large bottles of shampoo - just the right size for my clit and fits my nipples adequately too, though it would be nice to have something a bit more fetish-y.
