Is that taking things too far?

The story is about a woman who travels to China to adopt a child, the woman is the reporters Daughter.

Is this bordering a bit on the creepy side by making your family a "news story"?

All the stuff aside about how they should have adopted here in the U.S. first aside, because it's really not about that.
