As a very hard-of-seeing writer who has been hanging around Lit for some time, I'll be willing to try and help.

For starters, part of your problem MIGHT be trying to send messages to Laurel and/or Manu by e-mail. PM's, which are an in-house mail system and not flooded by spam, have a much greater shot at getting some sort of reponse. They're usually pretty good about replying to PM's.

If you've gone that route already, then let me know, either here or by PM, about your particular problem. Even if I can't anwer your question, maybe I'll know someone who can.
