Quite useful. It helped me pick up on using the same phrase a few times, something that can happen when writing a long story over a long period.
Maybe old news for most, but I thought I'd post it in case some one else wants to use it.

Wow, I have a big vocabulary.

But I didn't use the word vocabulary.
