Many problem words are NOMINALIZATIONS. Nominalizations are phantom things you cant sense...like liberty. You cant fill your shopping cart with liberty or courage or loneliness.

When I did psychotherapy I attacked nominalizations with whats called CLINICAL EPISTEMOLOGY. What aint real is psychotic. Nominalizations are psychotic weeds.

So I spent the day studying adverbs and passive verbs.

What I do is study the shit outta something till its rules are obvious and simple.

Therefor an adverb is what lazy people write in place of details when theyre making shit up and have no experience.
