You could try the free kink-oriented sites, like CollarMe or FetLife.

I'd also strongly suggest getting out in your local kink community to meet people. It'll save you a good amount of time because you'll know if there's chemistry right away, can negotiate face-to-face, don't have to worry about people who never plan to meet or make themselves out to be different online, etc.
