But the others, they could just ignore it, wait for you to see it, but go out of their way to post and start threads, when they could just answer the goddamned question and be done with it! I can't imagine this being a good experience for a newbie...

Usually three to five days. Sometimes up to a week if the editor has committed ritual sepuku

And yet, it took only thirty minutes for his question to be noticed by an AH regular, and fifteen hours to be answered. Very funny and very friendly indeed.
