I would like to read such a story as well. You are saying she knows and is allowing the up skirt to take place. Maybe innocent at first or are you saying she purposely set ot to give upskirts.
I don't know for sure, but when I see an accordian style pleated mini-skirt, it is just hard to think the girl wearing it does not know she is displaying her self frequently during the day.
