??? Uploads Disabled ???

In my avatar edit option in my control center says "Uploads Disabled"...how can I enable them soi can upload another pic for me but for my avatar?

Edit to add: Have you tried logging out (deletes cookies) then seeing if the function works when you log back in?

yes I see all that just on option 2 its says uploads disabled... I can enter a URL to an image no problem...but I want to upload personal pic from my comp...which would be opt.2 but its disabled.

Can you attach the picture to a post in this thread? You could try that and then try linking to that picture for your avatar in option one.
