Uploading audio poems

Anyone have the faintest idea of how I can accomplish this without reading every page of Lit to find the directions?

Make an MP3
submit your schtuff under the Audio Poems category
Many audio poems also have the text written, your choice.
Add in the comments field "AUDIO FILE EMAILED FROM charleyh@emailadress.com"
Mail the MP3 from charleyh@emailadress.com to submit@literotica.com.
Mail subject line must be the exact title of the poem.

Easy enuff?

Or just FAQ it.
