Upgrading The Member Control Panel Activity Feeds

Hello Literoticans!

It's been a long time since we launched the User Control Panel Activity Feeds (the first screen that you see when you login to your Literotica Control Panel). Some of you have noticed that they can get slow, especially if you're a popular Lit Author or if you're following a lot of people. With the continued growth of the site and more and more people using the User Control Panel, we've been working on an update to make the Activity Feeds faster, more stable, and easier to expand for new features in the future.

We're planning to launch the update this week and we want your feedback, bug reports, and suggestion to help make sure that everything is working as expected. The new Activity Feeds should work the same as the old ones (only faster). If you notice any changes to the behavior of the notifications about the authors you follow or your own published stories, please let us know.

We are also adding a link to view the "classic" Activity Feed (notifications that happened before this update) at the bottom of the new feeds, so you should still have access to both new and older notifications after the update.

We had a few issues with the new Activity Feeds after the rollout, thank you for all of the bug reports.

We're going to be working through the weekend to resolve the issues.

For now, the Activity Feed Notifications are coming in on both the User Control Panel Home Page and also in the new Activity Feed Archive Page.

This is the first major update to the Activity Feeds in many years, so there were a few unexpected issues, but we hope to have everything running faster and better than ever very soon.
