Hi y'all! I'm alive and well, as you can see. I don't know what I have missed, if anyone cares to let me know.
Hubby and I celebrated our second anniversary on the 13th.
My daughter turned 13 in September, which is somewhat scary. She's a good kid though. A proud moment for me, and an embarassing one for her, she entered Kotex land at the end of November. Thank goodness she isn't seriously into boys just yet. She's still at the stage where she has a boyfriend, but they don't talk, hold hands, or anything else, lol.
I'm still going to school, and maintaining a 4.0 (woohoo!). Each quarter gets harder, and I'm beginning to wonder if I'm going into the wrong field
.
The business is starting to pick up, but still isn't enough to really sustain us. We're always behind on our bills, but we're not drowning yet. We're looking at getting a large contract after the first of the year, so keep your fingers crossed.
I'll be doing taxes again starting in January, but this will probably be my last year. The company has really changed how they operate and I don't want to fool with the politics of it any longer.
We're also looking at getting a shop after the first of the year to make our wood projects, glass etching and stained glass, making windchimes, and a few other things. We're hoping that we can get a business loan to make it all happen, but not holding our breaths with the way the economy is at the moment. If we can't, we'll just have to do with what we have and sell it as we can. I wish you all could see what we have been doing. So many projects, so little time, lol.
Anyway, I just wanted to pop in and say hi. Love and kisses to all of you. *MUAH*
