She deals more in Missing and abused Women and Children cases and has well earned the nickname ~Devil Gal~ based from her last name though her temper is what warranted the nickname as well as her death grip focus on whatever case is before her.

Her sister... Valia ~Worried sick about her sister and determined to get answers~

Her Partner Davidson Graves ~Has not heard from her in a few weeks and is starting to suspect the worst~

The Main bosses they are trying to bring down the Brotherhood as they have been so aptly named going to say three members

Detective Michael "Shug" Walker

32 year old, caucasian male,
light green eyes with short blonde hair
230 lbs. , 6'2",
lifts weights and in excellent shape

Shug is a third generation cop and grew up seeing how his father and grandfather afforded nice houses for the family - by taking money under the table. To Shug there's nothing wrong with this - its just how business is done. Crooks run the world - its just that some write the laws to make what they do legal and the others pay guys like him to look the other way instead of paying off politicians.

Shug's jobs for his bosses usually include a mixture of beating people up, planting evidence to arrest them and picking up new girls. Shug collects the girls from the streets, spotting runaways and arresting them on various pretenses to deliver them to his contacts. As he has become more valuable he's been given more and more rewards which has made abandoning his morals easier and easier.

While Shug isn't completely amoral he's pretty close and has found not thinking about his orders and just taking the role of thug makes life a bit easier.

Cold and calculating, an icy demeanor, but very, very charming when he wishes.

Biography to date:
Walters was born into an upper middle class family. Sadly Dad died of a heart attack when Carl was 8 years old leaving Mom to raise Carl and his brother and sister alone.

The insurance money wasn't sufficent to let them live in their previous lifestyle, so the house was sold and a smaller less expensive one bought. Mom went to work leaving the kids with a succession of sitters, one of whom taught Carl allll about sex at 12 years of age and expanded on that education for the next two years. Until Mom came home early one day and caught her riding Carl's already impressive 14 year old cock way up her ass as she urged him to hit her breasts with one of his belts. This colored Carl's way of enjoying sex and how he looked at most women from then on.

Carl gradulated near the top of his high school class and received a scholarship to college in a nearby city. While in college he developed an interest in the martial arts, which he still has, and became very proficient in Kung Fu and Aikido.

After graduation he went on to law school and today is a practicing criminal law attorney. One who represents the drug dealers, pimps, etc usually very successfully... and profitably.

Several years ago Carl and some "associates" decided to go into business for themselves. They formed The Brotherhood. Now they have become very successful planners and backers for drug smuggling and, because of their upper crust connections, "exporters" in the world of white slavery.
They 'take orders' for specific types of females and are paid handsomely for getting that type to the buyer, sometimes trained and others just taken and delivered leaving the 'training' to the buyer.

Through his legal work Carl had come in contact with "Shug" Walker, a local cop, and he became one of those who's gone from doing favors for cash to one who aquires some of their human merchandise.
