There's a new story called "Oh Daughter, My Love" by Red Vixen that features a 16 year old girl. I know this site is supposedly monitored, but this isn't the first time I've discovered a minor written in the text of a story. I don't understand how something so blatant could go unnoticed, especially when one of the first lines mentions she's 16.

i recently submitted a poem that was a sort of coming of age piece. i certainly don't find it erotic, though i can see how it would be disturbing. it's meant to be provacative and offensive, but in a positive way. i called the webmaster's attention to it during submission and listed it under non-erotic. was i wrong?

Look at some of the newspaper stories, names are not mentioned but in a lot of cases ages are as are general locations. I agree with others who have answered this thread. There are right and wrong ways to report these matters.

We've already established this, but let's do it again so we can all carry on about it.

The legal age of a person appearing in pornography in state of California, United States of America where this server is based is 18 years old. Any person under 18 years of age appearing in pornography is considered kiddie porn and not tolerated.

While this site is an erotic story site and full of fictious characters, it still well within the webmaster's rights to make sure that kiddiporn laws are not violated to protect themselves.

This has nothing to do with the age of consent. That's to have private sex between two people. It has everything to do with participating in pornography.

That's where common sense comes in, A_Jacks.
Everyone, in their right mind, knows that you won't see 4 foot tall who can convince us that she's an 18 year old girl in junior high school. But should you find a 5'4 or taller 18 year old girl in junior high school, chances are that she'll have the mentality of a younger girl or very little intelligence to pass the 8th grade.
