Under The Clock

A favourite meeting place in London was under a huge clock which hung over the concourse at Waterloo Station.
As a service to fellow Litsters, I have been building a replica all night and here it hangs.

The idea.
Want to arrange to meet someone you know in Lit? Then arrange to meet them here.

-OR-

Hoping to meet someone in Lit. but don't yet know them, then why not hang out under the clock and see who says hello.

Please note train running times are beyond my control.

although I do like cuckoo clocks too, you know how the birdie pops out,

Funny how stroking and things popping out seem to go together.

me too and yesterday I bought some beautiful deep red tulips... they look as though they've been brused with velvet.... I am a flower nut... its a must in my home.... that and cat food lol

Seems not everyone slept the night away for the clock is still keeping good time.

Yes, it is quiet, but sometimes don't you find that soothing when you can here the slow regular beat at the heart of a big clock.

There's plenty of room to curl up and relax, but it may get busy here at times I guess, so hope you're not easily disturbed.
