Uncircumcised Penis Question [guys please read]

Hello everyone. I'm sort of having a panic attack right now and I'm hoping someone can help me. I'm uncimrcumcised and I'm a virgin. I could lose it any day now I think so I started doing reseach on uncircumcised sex. I found out that you have to slide the foreskin back and then put on the condom. Well my skin doesn't slide back at all. I remember my parents taught me how to do it when I was a little kid so I could clean it, but I never felt comfortable doing it. Eventually I started taking my own showers without supervision and I stopped pulling the skin back to clean it, I'd just wash around it.

Anyways so how am I supposed to pull it back if I can't?! It's basically too tight now. I'm really scared to pull it back and just freaking slice the skin. I don't even want to think about it cause I'll get another panic attack. Maybe I'm overeacting but right now my heart beat started going very fast and I just freaked out about the entire situation. It's note 100% enclosed when I have an erection, I can see the head a little.

Any advice? Please help.

EDIT: I found a thread on another forum about a guy who managed to pull it back but he couldnt put it over his dick anymore. That made it very uncomfortable because underwear irritated his skin. Now I'm scared and I don't want to be a sexual outcast for the rest of my life, I'd probably kill myself. When I was eighteen I was having similar worries. I always had a tight foreskin and couldn't retract it until I started getting heavy with my gf, and I don't know if it was all the grinding or what but it started to loosen up and I could eventually draw it back. So anyway, I don't know the technical requirements of uncircumcised sex but I can sympathise with your anxiety and would suggest you don't worry about it and just go to the doctor. It's embarrassing sure, but there's nothing you can tell him/her that he/she hasn't heard a million times before and you'll feel a whole lot better afterward.

Firstly, personal hygene:
If you can, it's entirely the best thing if you can pull your foreskin back to wash under it. Getting an infection is possible if you don't, which can effect your bladder, testicles, prostate or your ability to get an erection. Or you could[/ii] pass something on to your partner if you don't use a condom.
As a general rule, wash it at least once a day. Remember folks - genital hygenene can be fun )

Ay for you current concern, I think I'd been having penatrative sex for about 8yrs before a GF tried to pull my foreskin right back - I was horrified at the time and thought she was going to tear it, but that fear was completely unfounded! Granted, the initial stretch was mildly uncomfortable, but it wasn't painful and the benefits of contact between your exposed glans and your partner is immeasurable.

In the short term, a condom can go over your dick just as easily whether your foreskin is back or forwards. If it won't pull back comfortably, pull it forward and use your fingers to pinch it through the teat of the condom before you roll it down your shaft. Practice before the big night - you'll be a lot more relaxed if you're not worried about how to get a condom on.

In time your foreskin will quite likely stretch of it's own accord, the more you have sex. You can probably accelerate the process by pulling back further when you masturbate.

On the information you've given, I wouldn't say you need to visit the doc, but there's nothing wrong with going if you are worried. As already mentioned, it's nothing they haven't been asked before and they will be understanding - that's their job.

Uncircumcised here too, though my skin has always been loose enough to pull back easily. I just want to reiterate that there is no rule to pulling the skin back when putting on the condom, so dont worry about that.

I would definitely try and start working it back so you can clean under the foreskin though because it can get kinda gross under there if you don't. Try doing it slowly, over the course of time and it should become loose enough to do so. And after that masturbation or a hand job will feel awesome with the skin gliding over the glans, very enjoyable.

Thanks for the replies guys. I did some research and apparently I should be stretching it until it hurts a little for 5 minutes every day for a few weeks. If that doesn't work I need a cream that will thin my foreskin but I need a prescription for that. That has a 95% success rate, if that still doesn't work I need to get circumcised.

I started yesterday and I managed to pull it back enough so I can get rid of a bit of gunk I had there. I'm going to try harder every day. I definitely don't want to scare my girl with a foul smelling penis or some cheese. She won't expect it because every other part of my body is super clean, I even shave everywhere I can reach (some think I'm metrosexual).

The hard part is pulling it back when I have an erection (and not to brag but it's big lol), but I guess I should get used to it since that's when it's going to be pulled back the most (other than when I clean it).

But wowwww, I was freaking out so much yesterday. I hope I never get another panic attack.

I didn't have that problem since I was six years old. No offense but its disgusting that the area under the foreskin has gone unwashed for years, really disgusting. But yes when extremely erect and pulled back the foreskin can get small "tears". Can sting a little but heals in a couple days. A few points on the hygene issue (in no coherant order).

The human body is very good at looking after itself. Not cleaning under your foreskin is not a garantee of infection etc.

Ill health, with respect to hygene, is usually a result of some biological material decaying ... due to bacteria or fungus. (As a side note, remember, healthy urine contains no bacteria.)

I remember reading somewhere that the foreskin secretes enzimes that help fight infection (a good reason to not get circumcised).

Nature didn't design cotton buds, but it found a way to reduce the likelyhood of ear infection - wax. And people still get ear infections ... perhapse because they clean out all the protective ear wax.
Equally, nature didn't invent soap to wash your dick. Most of us lost the ability to lick our dicks clean tens of thousands of years ago. (Pity ) Yet that is what other species do. But the mouth is full of bacteria, so by keeping clean the way nature intended we would spread bacteria over the area you're cleaning.

I had a similar problem myself when i was younger, I went to the doctor and recieved similar advise (lube it and stretch regularly) after awhile there is a noticable difference and it does get easier.

however I was still rather painful during sex so the doctor eventually reccommended surgery...

Now he offered two choices either a full circumsision or another technique where they cut several slices down the foreskin so that it spreads more easily... the downside of this particular technique is your dick ends up blooming like a flower when you get an erection (I'm all for giving my lady flowers but I for one would rather do without the giggling) so i decided on the full circumsision instead


now i know the typical guys reaction to an adult circumsision is to cross their legs and wince but it honestly wasnt too bad, a day in hospital and a fourtnight of moving about very carefully and back in the swing of things in just over a month.

Actually, smegma (the technical term for "stuff or cheese" is made up of dead/shed skin cells, our natural oils and lubrication, including sweat, NOT fabric or toilet paper combined with lubricant. Women can get it too, in the labial folds and around the clitoris. LINK

Thinning the skin with a steroidal cream is the first line of defense against foreskin that won't retract, after stretching has proved fruitless.

They can also do a very minor surgical procedure using local anesthetic to release the foreskin at just the attachment point that makes it too tight. This won't leave your cock looking weird.

Circumcision should be the last option, after everything else has been tried. Guys who have this problem should ALWAYS seek a second, and possibly third, opinion, if circumcision is recommended. That is, unless they really want to be circumcised anyway for some reason. It is necessary sometimes, but only in 1-2% of the guys with tight foreskin, since steroid cream works about 95% of the time, and the minor surgical procedure work in most other cases.

You were lucky in not having a ton of post-op pain. All of the guys here who have been hastily circumcised because they didn't research and advocate for themselves, or undergone it because the wanted to look like the guys in porn and posted here have complained about severe pain and regrets in the aftermath, to the best of my recollection.

It sounds like you had a different/very severe problem or a bad doctor.
