Somebody lifted his animation and slapped it into a frame without the customary preloader. Either it's not loaded all the way yet for you, or your version of Flash Player isn't recent enough.

I was rather surprised to see it that way, to be honest. Try searching for it on Newgrounds.com. I know it's there. (Animator vs. Animation is the one linked here, but there's a sequel up there too).
