Unable to update Short Description or tags

Hello. I submitted a story aad wanted to upload an edited version. I also wanted to correct a typo in the Short Description I gave my story, as well as add a tag. I submitted the changes as a "STORY EDIT", and the text of my story eventually got updated. But the description and tags did not get updated. Is there any way to change these after posting?
