I'm trying to change my account email address and it says it won't change until I respond to the verification email, which I never got (I checked my spam folder). I tried using a different email and still the same thing, and it always just shows the same message about responding to the verification email. Anyone have any advice?

I have the same issue. I'm under the impression, though, that some eMail providers flat out refuse mails from Literotica, and don't even flag them as spam.

So I found a spot to change the email address associated with my account on the forum side of things. They sent a verification email and it came through within seconds. I was able to click on it and verify the email and log in with the right email. Went back over to the writing side of the site and it's still the old email, still saying I need to reply to the verification email, and I'm still unable to get one sent through.

The two sides of the site (forum side and story side) are separate, and they're not joined up.
-the middle bit is broken.

Contact Laurel - the administration - they'll fix it

Exactly the same problem!
And i cannot login to the forum site or messages from my mobile but no problem on my desktop. Is there any help for that?

Same problem. Also changed my email on the Forum side, but the writing / options side keeps showing the old email. Feedback goes to the "writing / options" side email ...

My problem seems to be different but is related to the Author Feedback option on the story side. I never receive anything from Story Feedback. I thought that odd, so I sent a message to myself and it never came through. My same email on the Bulletin Board/Forum side and works fine.

So, since this is an old account, I put in my current email on the Story side in the options, saved changes....and tried again after awhile. Still no message from the Author Feedback?

Any advice?

Why not just create a new account? Plus maybe a new email? Good luck!

yes it is a real hassle -- Enroll under a different name and email - transfer contacts if any to the new account and retire the old one as best you can
