Hi there i am looking for a pointer to any sites covering the uk that are friendly and reliable for first time swingers to get introduced to the lifestyle/community . My boyfriend and i are interested in many of the aspects of the swingers lifestyle but cant find a reliable introduction/beginners guide . xx

While not UK-specific, the Swingers Board is an awesome forum with tons of good info on swinging and a great place to ask questions.

If you want to try the group/club route, go to the website of the club/group you're interested in and/or contact them for more info. Most clubs have info for beginners and an orientation of some sort. That might be a formal orientation, tour, packet, or special event geared toward newbies.
