I have a suggestion, lets just move on, having accepted that the law, lawyers and the entire concept is bent and based around money.

justice is blind, and to ensure that the concept holds true - leave no witnesses.

I'm waiting for my criminal defence solicitor to get out of jail. He should be free (but tagged) next weekend.

His offence? Defending himself against assault by drunken off-duty Police Community Support Officers. He only hit one of them once but since he's built like a brick shithouse, his one punch broke his opponent's jaw.

The PCSOs lied in court and despite the video evidence my solicitor went to jail.

PS. He's black, six foot five tall, weighs 260 lbs, and trains daily. He's been training hard in jail. Next time he might punch the judge instead.

No! your solicitor went to jail for committing perjury by suggesting that an officer of the law may well be a lying fucker. That in itself is a prisonable offence. He should have just pleaded guilty and gone for maximum tarrif reduction.

By the time you get to court you have had time to get a brief and sort out what happened. Supposedly it takes about 72 hours for you to sort out in your own mind what happened.
