Here are some of the best.

On a hair dryer: "Do not use while sleeping" or "Do not use on eyes"
On a chainsaw: "Do not hold the wrong end"
On a microwave: "Do not dry pets in microwave"
On an iron: "Do not iron clothes while wearing them"
On a package of hammers: "May be harmful if swallowed"
On a butane lighter: "Warning: Flame may cause fire"
On a curling iron: "This product can burn eyes"
On a computer mouse manual: "Do not dangle the mouse by its cable or throw the mouse at co-workers"
On a package of peanuts: "Warning: May contain nuts"

On this side of the pond, there's warnings about blow dryers not being used in the tub/shower.

There is also a label on a trouser press that says, Remove trousers before use.
