I was subscribed to a UK Lit thread once … then it disappeared and I've been looking for somewhere similar since!

Glad I stumbled across this one - thanks to some Lit stalking of a naughty young lady who apparently likes to indulge in some self-appreciation at work (You know who you are! ) - and now I'm going to be popping in regularly to catch up with the hundreds (thousands?) of Brits across the interweb thingy.

Quick(ish) intro - 60 something, living in the rural calm of Yellowbelly Country, still working in an interesting job that takes me around the country and into some pretty boring hotels, contributor to several threads and a regular reader of many fictional contributions from those more gifted with the written word than I.

I went out last night so Wednesday is the new Thursday which is the new Friday...not to be mistaken with Sunday, which is the new Saturday...apparently...
