It isn't frightening in the slightest. British juries are notorious for not convicting in obscenity cases.

Where this will be used successfully is in cyber bullying and the prosecution of pedophiles and those who try to 'groom' or bully young and weaker persons into illegal relationships.

The free speech flag has been raised as a distraction, and I suspect HP that you have been sucked in a little.
