He was warned that what he was doing was breaking the rules and he was told HOW he could do it properly.

He refused to change, carried on unchanged, and argued with the police about the law - not a good move.

Even then he would just have been given a fine but he refused to give his name and address so a fine could be issued. Only then was he arrested, not for breaching Covid rules, but for obstructing the Police.

That is nothing ike the headline in the OP and right-wing media.
