This is definitely great advice for any Submissive & Dominant. I actually recommend that Doms also seek out and speak with Submissive's that aren't in a Dynamic with.

I've personally been in the lifestyle for about a Decade and have had dynamics both in RL & Online.

And even now I'm still learning and adjusting and developing my own personal preferences as time goes on.
