Ugly guy

Do some things that can make you more physically attractive. Things that are within your control like working out and eating the right types of foods. Drink water instead of sodas or sports drinks. You don't even necessarily need to do that to appeal toward women but if you do those types of things surely they will follow. I was a rather skinny lanky kid growing up and when I got into weight lifting in college I began to appeal to a broader range of women.

Also let me say I have been to many different places and have seen really great looking women and you see them and they're with some ugly ass guys too so don't ever doubt yourself either.

Yeah, I don't know what to do at a gym. People say "work out." But I don't know what to do.

Don't worry about it, develop charm and confidence and be funny

That would be a perfect opportunity to ask a female member what to do with a particular device and how it works. People love to talk about this stuff believe me. Especially to a newbie.

In my opinion one of the most hateful things that can be said to anyone is to call them "ugly". Someone said that to me several times when I was very young, and all these many decades later I don't think my self-image has ever fully recovered from that. While there are people who are more or less physically attractive by a particular set of culturally unique standards, "beauty" and "ugliness" come from the inside. It is society that imposes "beauty" standards, oftentimes to sell something. Everyone is beautiful to someone.

Quite right. I became friends with a woman that I initially thought was not physically attractive but after I got to know her quite well, she actually became physically attractive to me.

I’m ugly. Ugly guys have sex drives too. Is there any advice you can give to an ugly guy?

Thanks.

If you’re not “ugly” on the inside then you’ll be okay. One question: Are you shy? If yes, then work on that. You’d be surprised at how many women are just looking for a decent guy. Sure, some bitches are very shallow but there are plenty who aren’t. Good luck. 👍

Yeah, it’s amazing how a good-looking man can approach women and they’re bold and dashing. An ugly guy approaches women, and he’s creepy.

No, you have it totally wrong and you sound inexperienced with women. You sound like youre excuse making. The good looking man doesnt always get the woman either. Often times especially nowadays in the social media era there are men leading with their wallet rather than attracting from within or their overall presence.

There are many women who would rather choose the "safe option" which is the less desired man because she knows other women arent really looking at their man like that and she knows hes going to be shelling out for her in gifts, time and attention like the better looking man who she wont expect to. In any case your best bet is to work on yourself bro. The best investment is the one you make into yourself. Not just physically but mentally as well.

Well, I’m not wealthy either. Have you ever been called “creepy?” I have, and I’m not. Ever been called “ugly?” I have.

In my honest opinion, if you’re not confident of the way you look probably the most toxic place you could ever be is a gym. Surrounded by people with crippling self-esteem who judge themselves & others purely on their looks.

I’d say you’re better finding people with similar interests to you. Books, computer games, that sort of thing. That way you mix with people who are more interested in how you think than how you look.
