The economy was booming under Obama and Trump managed to throw that away and all he had to do was nothing and things would have been fine. Obama shrank the deficite by 2/3s and Trump blew that right back up. And the interesting thing is you didn't hear Dems howling about it because we weren't that interested in tearing him down on that front. We should have but that's not what we do.
