two questions..

Hello everyone!

Two questions; first of all, does anyone know how to link a word document to a thread? The thing is, I have this idea for a new thread but the intro is pretty long so I'd rather not put it in the thread itself.

And second; do threads get removed after they have not been used for a while or something?

If anyone has any answers to these questions (especially the first) I would be most, most grateful..

I may not be the sharpest knife on this board but ... if you want to link to anything, be it a pic or a tecxt or whatever, the "object" needs to be on some place on the web that can be accessedwithout password etc. - that would mean a text or document on your own PC will not be working.

As for "old threads" as far as I know they are not deleted but slide down and back as new threads slide to the top and so they "disappear"

Yes, thank you Hecate! That with the word document sounds too complicated for me.. (I'm not the sharpest either , well not with websites etc. anyway) I'll have to keep the intro short then.. pitty.
