Which idea should I work with?

action/romance story set within a slave nation focusing in on a bitter and dangerous victim of this nation

OR

Sci-fi, an man wakes up thirty years younger in the space age and makes the best of a new life (though with a few complications)

I've got alot of ideas for either just need a nudge in the right direction

am willing to make this a co-op story if interested

I'd lean more towards the Sci-Fi one, though they both sound like they have potential, if done well.
