This might seem a little contrived, but what the hell... I'll put it out there. 
How about a story about a young college couple who go out, hit it off, and early in their relationship discover that they're both from a set of identical twins. Just as a joke, they decide to invite their siblings out on a blind double date, but as luck would have it, they hit it off, as well.
A few months later, the two couples decide to rent a beach house together for spring break (or whatever). On the first night, there's a mix up and a man and woman from two opposing couples wind up having sex. At first, there's a lot of shock and hurt feelings when everybody realizes what happened, but after a while, all four people begin to appreciate the erotic potenial of having two sets of twins in the same house.
They decide to spend the week having sex as they please, never asking who it is that they are having sex with, and never knowing if they are screwing their lover, or their lover's sibling.
They each mix up their wardrobes with their sibling, to increase the atmosphere of anonymity.
You could also have a scene where it comes out that one couple uses the pill as contraception, and the other uses condoms. This would be interesting when the sister who is not on birth control has to decide whether or not to reveal her true identity when her sister's lover wants to screw her without protection.
Eventually, the situation would lead to numerous threesomes and even a foursome.
At the end of the vacation, the two couples reunite, agreeing that what happened in the beach house, stays in the beach house.
If you wanted to add a twist to the ending, you could make it that the sister who was not on the pill got pregnant. Because the brothers have identical genes, there will never be any way to tell if the baby belongs to the man she loves, or his brother, whom she had a casual fling with. For this to work, though, you need the condom-using brother to stop using them (at least for a while). He probably chucked the box out when he realized he could get away without using them, seeing as how the women knew that one of the brothers didn't use them.
