If you will forgive me for altering your idea a tad, how about two brothers? But not twins. The out-of-work guest is the eldest. The one who grew up bullying the younger.

The husband sees whats going on and at first he's furious. Then he starts to really get off on seeing big brother on his knees with his cock in a cage.

So he gets involved but not as a sub. He gets to act as a bull with his wife, with his brother watching him pound the pussy he can't have.

Really ... I heard that twins, as they are genetical identical, have an strong emotional bonds and holding together.

So I would think, it is a bit unrealistic to have twins reacting so different. For that, as recommended above, take "normal" brothers. With twins you can set up a polyamoreous story, both being domnated by the wife or both dominating her.
